You are eligible to play as a substitute in all of your team’s tournament matches.
As part of your team, you have access to the player areas and can stand behind your team both there and on the stage. However, please note the limits per team depending on the ticket category!

Access to the event is from the age of 18 without exception.
As a player, you will have access to a high-performance setup including PC, monitor, gaming chair, etc. for the duration of the event. You do not need to bring any hardware with you, but you can of course use your own peripherals such as a mouse, headset or keyboard if you wish.
Coaches, managers, and ticketed accompanying persons can enter player areas and stand behind their teams.

Teams will be notified by email approximately one week before the event and asked to submit their line-up. Player changes are still possible without restrictions until the start of the tournament. Join our Discord to receive all information for ‘Operation BaseStack’!
Operation BaseStack starts on Saturday, October 12, 2024 at 12:00 (doors open from 10:00). The maximum of 8 teams (more teams may be possible in case of high demand) will each play once in BO1 mode against each opponent. The ranking in the group stage will determine the seeding for the playoffs on Sunday. No team will be eliminated from the tournament in the group stage. This guarantees every participant numerous exciting matches on both days of the event.
On Sunday, October 13, 2024 from 11:00 (doors open from 10:00), the teams will then play in the playoffs in a single elimination bracket for the tournament victory. Selected matches will take place on both Saturday and Sunday in the BaseStack Arena in front of spectators.
The prize money is adjusted to the number of participants as follows: 4+ teams: 500€, 8+ teams: 1.000€ (the prize money will increase further if we can allow 12 or more teams due to high demand). In addition, thanks to the kind support of Ubisoft, 20x 1200 credits will be distributed among the first four teams. The winning team will also be honoured with a prestigious trophy.
