FAQ
What kind of computers do you have? What are their specifications?
Standard BaseStack computers come with Intel i5-12400 processors, RTX 3060 graphics cards, 16 GB of DDR4 RAM, and 240 Hz monitors.
The computers in the VIP-ROOM are equipped with AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D processors, RTX 5070 12 GB OC graphics cards, 32 GB of DDR5 RAM, and 240 Hz monitors—the best you can find in Łódź.
We also have four PlayStation 5 consoles, each with a 50-inch, 120 Hz screen.
Do I need to make a reservation in advance? How much does it cost?
You don't have to—you can just come in and start playing in a few minutes; our staff will be happy to assist you. During peak hours, however, we recommend booking online to ensure you have a spot.
Prices start at 15 zł per hour. We also offer multi-hour packages and day passes.
Can people under 18 visit you?
Absolutely, but there are safety rules: people under 18 must have parental or guardian consent, and children under 12 must be under the constant supervision of a guardian throughout their entire stay at BaseStack.
Can I bring and connect my own peripherals?
Of course. You can bring your own devices and use them with our computers and PlayStation 5—as long as they connect via USB.
Can I pay with BLIK?
Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard, BLIK, and cash.
Do you organize card game events? What kind?
Yes. BaseStack has been organizing trading card game (TCG) events for some time now and also sells products in this category. You can find information about current and upcoming events in the “Events” tab.
