House Rules
These Terms and Conditions set forth the rules for being on the premises of BaseStack Łódź (45 Rewolucji 1905 roku St., 90-215 Łódź) and using its facilities. Entry onto the premises constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The rules for registration and payment for events are described in a separate set of Terms and Conditions.
1. Hours of Operation and Reservations
- The establishment is open during the hours listed on the website and at the entrance.
- Stalls can be reserved online or in person. Your reservation will be forfeited if you are [15 minutes – TO BE FILLED IN] late and do not notify the staff in advance.
- Game time is calculated based on the price list in effect on the day of the visit.
2. Age
- Staff may ask to see proof of age, including for games with age restrictions (PEGI) and when selling alcohol.
3. Use of Equipment
- Use the equipment as intended and with due care.
4. Food, Beverages, and Alcohol
- Drinks at the stations must be in sealable bottles or cups with lids.
- We sell alcohol only to adults. Our staff may refuse to sell alcohol to anyone who appears intoxicated.
- Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and bringing in intoxicating substances are prohibited on the premises.
5. Behavior
- Respect other players and staff—no insults, threats, discrimination, or harassment.
6. Personal Belongings
- Keep an eye on your belongings. We are not responsible for items left unattended.
- We keep lost and found items for [30 days – TO BE FILLED IN].
7. Monitoring and Photos
- During events and tournaments, we may take photos, record videos, or stream the action. If you do not want to appear in them, please let the staff know.
8. Final Provisions
