Terms of Service for BaseStack, including event registration and payments on this website.

1. Definitions

• Customer – any person who purchases BaseStack services.
• Participant – a person taking part in activities at the BaseStack facility.

2. General Provisions

• 2.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all reservations, statements, and any related agreements.

3. Reservations

• 3.1 Reservations are confirmed in our online system in accordance with these terms and conditions.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• 4.1 Customers and participants must accept these terms and conditions and the statement.

5. Food and Beverages

• 5.1 Bringing your own food and drinks is prohibited, unless BaseStack grants permission.
• 5.2 Food purchased on site must be consumed in designated areas.

6. Returns and Exchanges

• 6.1 Refunds are issued via the original payment method; if the card has expired, the refund will be issued via bank transfer.

7. Use of Information

• 7.1 The information collected is used to provide services in accordance with the GDPR and applicable local data protection laws.

8. Photos and Videos

• 8.1 Content created during game streams belongs to BaseStack, which may use it for marketing purposes.
• 8.2 To protect privacy, restrictions apply to the use of recording devices.

9. Lost and Found

• 9.1 Lost items are stored with due care and, whenever possible, returned to their owners.

10. Intellectual Property

• 10.1 Intellectual property created in connection with the services belongs to BaseStack, unless otherwise specified.

11. Liability

• 11.1 BaseStack is not liable for loss of personal property or bodily injury, except in cases covered by our insurance.

12. Disclaimer

• 12.1 The Customer releases BaseStack from liability for damages resulting from a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

13. Termination of the Contract

• 13.1 BaseStack may discontinue providing services if the customer fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

14. Force Majeure

• 14.1 BaseStack is not liable for any delays or failure to perform services caused by events beyond its control.

15. Third-Party Rights

• 15.1 These Terms and Conditions do not confer any rights on third parties.

16. Transfer of Rights

• 16.1 The rights arising from these Terms and Conditions may not be transferred without BaseStack’s consent.

17. Severability Clause

• 17.1 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Governing Law
